So our yearly preventative maintenance program for heating and air conditioning special price per year is $695.00 . The  plan also covers a $59 value of a free service call for that year For any repairs. This plan also includes 2 pounds of Freon @ no charge.

Everything is printed on a yearly maintenance contract for both the furnace and the air conditioner.

The information below breaks down  what is covered on the yearly Preventative maintenance contract:

FURNACE = What the plan covers for the  clean and check of the furnace. Right before winter time.

.Checking for loose wires, Checking  the furnace filter , Recommendation for a better filter, Checking all amp Draws on electrical items, Checking static pressure, Checking gas pressure, Checking for any unusual noises, Checking for proper fan speed, Checking heat exchanger for any possible cracks  , Checking evaporator coil with endoscope camera to make sure there's no airflow restrictions , Checking to make sure blower wheel is not dirty, Checking temperature differential between return and supply for proper temperature setting and Cleaning flame sensor. If you have a 90% Furnace and Up, we also check and clean out and blow out the condensate drain to make sure there's no restrictions. And we also check the pressure switch tube ports that the hoses connect to ,to make sure there's no restrictions. And also for the 90Is And up? We use a water column manometer digital to check the pressure switches if needed. Making sure vent pipe has been ran correctly.

A/C = What the plan covers for the clean check of the air conditioner. Right before summertime.

. It has to be at least 70° outside. We come out clean your outside air conditioner. Check all amp draws on compressor and fan motor, Checking  the contacts on the contactor for pitting, Check the capacitor with the capacitor Meter to make sure it's the right capacitance, Replace valve cores if needed if any sign of small leaks, check airflow in furnace to make sure it's at the right setting, check filter and change filter, recommend better furnace filter, if applicable,make sure all registers are open, connect gauges, and digital instruments for temperature control ,checking for proper Freon charge and adding Freon if needed, checking blower wheel  to make sure that is not dirty, checking temperature differential on return and supply for proper reading, cleaning condensate drain line on evaporator coil for proper flow, Checking evaporator coil with endoscope camera to make sure there is no dirt buildup on evaporator coil

This plan also covers 2 pounds of Freon for free to top off. Anything more than 2 pounds would have to be paid for. We prefer to have our customers present when we're charging Freon so they can see everything that's going on and there is nothing hidden. Everything is digitally weighed in on the scale.

Keep in mind on all preventative maintenance, parts to be found defective or worn out that need to be replaced are not covered on this plan.That would be a separate repair with parts and labor.

We understand our customers work hard during the week. For no extra charge, we provide convenient option for our customers to schedule preventative maintenance as well as any repairs on the weekend Saturday or Sunday .

So there's no confusion. Keep in mind. Our company would be coming out twice that year for the yearly program. We come out right before summer for the air conditioner. It has to be at least 70° outside for the Tune-up. That's the first time out. The second time we come out is for the furnace tuneup. This is right before winter.
